According to the Journal of the American Geriatric Society, participating in a weekly fall prevention program can decrease your risk of falling by 35%. Our balance therapy addresses problem areas that contribute to imbalance, increasing your confidence and reducing the risk of a fall resulting in serious injury.

A balance consultation will determine if you’re a good candidate for virtual balance therapy.   If you are, you will have an evaluation to determine your level of risk and then we’ll work on your exercise program together to reduce that risk.

During this 30-minute virtual session we explore your challenges and share how we can help. Then, we will give you a demonstration on how virtual therapy works by doing a few exercises. For a balance therapy consultation, our time will focus on determining if you’re a good candidate for the program.
