TMR is a systematic way to evaluate the basic/functional movement of your entire body to identify problem areas of pain, ROM, and strength. This process is introduced to you with the goal of empowering you to independently correct your own pain concerns. Typical results observed with this program is a 30% improvement in movement within the first visit.
