I was very skeptical to do physical therapy virtually, but I was willing to try because I was desperate. I am impressed because upper back fatigue and heaviness are gone after our first session. I like her methods. She showed me how I can reduce my pain. She even helped with my lower back pain. I gained my strength back. I cannot remember the last time I felt this normal.
